By downloading or using the Sudoku mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Nadzeya Yashchuk (“we”, “us”).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules (e.g. Google Play).
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where requested.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by cheating, harassing others, attempting to disrupt services, reverse engineering where prohibited by law or license, or violating applicable law.
If you submit profile information or scores to leaderboards, you grant us the rights needed to display and operate those features. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights to share it.
If the App includes purchases, additional terms from the applicable app store may apply. Unless required by law, purchases may be non-refundable.
The App may rely on third parties (e.g. Google Firebase). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
We may modify the App or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or your account for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
